思い出というのは形のない物だ、とよく言われる。
ふわふわと、アタマの上に出てくる吹き出しみたいなものが思い出だと。

でも、思い出は細部に宿る、と思ったりもする。
そして残念ながら、その多くの細部は身近にはない。

少し手の届かないところにある細部に思い出はひっそり隠れている。
子どもの頃、遊んでいたおもちゃを、部屋の隅から見つけるように。

Memories are amorphous;
It floats onto your head, like a caption of cartoons.

However I also think that memories are in the details.
Unfortunately, those details stay far away from here.

Details hide in the back of places that we hardly touch.
Like we happen to find a small toy we used to play a lot.
