親がわが子の昔を振り返るとき、「こんなことを言ってたねぇ」と目を細めて嬉しそうに振り返る。本人にしてみれば赤面物でしかないんだけれど、そうやってはにかむ姿が可愛いのだと思う。

そんなわけで、初めて小学生の頃東京で見た東京タワーが忘れられずに、赤いタワーは全て東京タワーだと思っていたあのころ。

「ほら、東京タワーだよ！」

When the parents look back on the path of their children, they look pretty happy. The child looked so embarrased to know the fact, whereas the parents do enjoy watching it.

Once I have seen the Tokyo Tower when I was grade 1, and then all red tower is nothing but Tokyo Tower.

"Hey mom, that's Tokyo Tower!"
