ブラジルGPが終わり今年のF1も幕引きと相成った。と、同時に赤い皇帝のシューマッハのラストランともなったけれど、戦績は振るわず個人総合優勝もconstructor'sでも共にアロンソ・Renaultに譲る結果になった。

黒い噂も囁かれた彼だったが、絶対王者として存在するために手を抜かなかった。少なくとも日本GPにおいてあれだけの集客をしたのは彼という王者の力が一つの要素としてあったのは間違いない。赤い強い皇帝というF1のシンボルだったのかもしれない。

彼の前を去った多くのライバルが歩んだ道を、終に彼も歩むことになった。

Now that Brazil GP ended, F1 for 2006 ended. Unfortunately, Schumi's last minute boost didn't cut any ice and Renault took them all.

Schumi was always with dark rumors; for his obsession to win. At least he is a precise computer to drive a car to win. We had to admit that Schumi made Suzuka-Japan GP so popular as unparalleled amount of people came there. He was a symbol of F1 for years.

It is time for him to follow the way that his predecessor drove away.
