コーヒーも午睡するような、そんな日にアイスコーヒーを頼んだ。
苦すぎて顔をしかめるようなアイスコーヒーを出すようなお店もあるが、
ここは十分にマイルドだった。

たいていコーヒーを片手に本を読むぼくにとっては、
溶けてしまったアイスキューブで薄まってしまい、
アイスコーヒーの味なんてどうでもいいのだけれど。

読み終えた本がどうだったかはおぼえてない。
たいした本じゃなかったのかもしれないけれど、
からんからんというヨットにロープが哀しげに当たる音だけ、
覚えている。

Even coffee takess some nap.
Some restaurants serve Iced coffee with extra bitter taste
considering melting ice cubes.
However, the iced coffee here was not that bitter.

I myself drink coffee and read novels on a day like this.
It doesnt really matter how iced coffee tastes
since I always drink when all the ice cubes melted away.

Ive read through the book.
and i dont remember the contents.
It might be something dull.
I only remember the sound of the ropes hitting the pole of yachts.
